Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Exchanges are allowed for size issues only, subject to availability
• Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange no cash refunds at the moment
Non-Returnable Items:
• Items purchased during clearance sales or with discount codes above 15%
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
• Email us at curvencom@gmail.com with your order number
• Our team will initiate a pickup if the request is approved
• Reverse pickup is chargeable at ₹79 and will be deducted from the store credit
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before they are shipped—whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us at the earliest
Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 business days.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We’ll inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged / Defective / Exchanged / Replacement Products
In case of approved returns involving damaged, defective, exchanged, or replacement items, the new product will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of inspection and acceptance.
