  • Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment (in case of prepaid) or valid COD confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: out-of-stock products, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s trusted gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other areas: 5–7 business days
    (Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen events.)

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Reverse pickup is chargeable at ₹79.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds are currently offered.

  • Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of order placement or before dispatch.

6. Discount Codes & Offers

  • Discount codes are valid only for the period mentioned and cannot be clubbed with other offers unless specified.

  • Items purchased with discount codes above 15% or during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (images, designs, text, graphics) on https://curvencom.in is the intellectual property of Curve & Co. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Curve & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchase of our products.

  • While we strive for 100% accuracy and service, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct them and update information without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of INDIA
